By requesting delivery from Curb Cart Concrete, LLC, I understand and agree that if I ask the driver to drive or back onto any driveway, sidewalk, lawn, or other private property, I do so at my own risk.

I acknowledge that Curb Cart Concrete, LLC, its employees, and contractors are not responsible for any damage that may occur to pavement, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, underground utilities, or other property caused by the weight or movement of the delivery vehicle or trailer.

I accept full responsibility for any such damage and agree to release Curb Cart Concrete, LLC from all liability related to this delivery.
